We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
Rowdy Crowd Western Wear
Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that jewelry items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Custom Design Clothing
Because our custom designs are printed on demand just for you, they can only be returned if there is a defect or error in printing. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Hand Poured Treasure Candles
Due to the nature of our candles (each contains a hidden jewelry surprise), candle purchases are final sale. If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
