Refund policy

We want you happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

3-day return window. You have 3 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 3 days can't be accepted.

Start your return first. Email frishefarms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Please don't ship anything back before we confirm it - items sent without an approved return can't be matched to an order and won't be refunded.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please use a tracked service - we can't refund an item that never reaches us. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Condition. Items must come back unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging with tags attached. Candles must be unburned. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

When you get your money back. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at the address above. Once approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method - most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Order cancellations. You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After that the order has gone to fulfillment and can't be cancelled - it will need to be handled as a return once it arrives.

Damaged or wrong item. Email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Not returnable. Custom and personalized orders, gift cards, and anything marked final sale.
